Evaluations

  • Occupational Therapy



    • Comprehensive Evaluation
      Includes sensory processing, fine motor, visual motor and self care skill assessment with detailed home and school, sensory diet, and academic program recommendations.

    • Fine Motor Diagnostic Evaluation
      Includes standardized assessment of fine motor skills (where applicable) and brief recommendations.

    • Sensory Processing Diagnostic Evaluation
      Includes a thorough interview with caregivers, assessment of sensory processing skills through clinical observation and standardized testing (where applicable), and interpretation of the normed Sensory Profile. Brief sensory diet activities may be provided, as well as trial with select treatment tools in the clinic.

    • Sensory Integration and Praxis Test
      This is a standardized test (generally completed in two sessions) for assessing sensory processing skills for children age four to nine years. It is appropriate for children who have more subtle SI issues or when specific standardized information is requested.

    • Optional Clinic Consultation
      This is an opportunity to meet with your therapist to review and discuss recommendations after the results of the clinical evaluation have been established to thoroughly review the applications of sensory processing techniques at home, school, and in the community. This optional session is open to any team members.

    • Infant Evaluation
      Includes standardized and developmental assessment. Brief sensory diet activities may be provided, as well as trial with select treatment tools in the clinic


  • Speech and Language Pathology (NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED)


    • Oral Motor Evaluation for feeding and speech
      A comprehensive assessment of muscle-based performance related to feeding and speech skills.

    • Language Evaluation
      Comprehensive standardized expressive and receptive language skills assessment.

    • Voice Evaluation
      Objective and subjective assessments of medical-based voice disorders.
